基于指标参数依赖关系动态响应的研发流程模型

Development process model of dynamic response based on dependency relationship between index parameters

摘要: 针对复杂产品多层次、多冲突、多迭代的协同开发特点,提出一种基于指标参数依赖关系网络动态响应的复杂产品研发流程模型。探讨了指标参数之间依赖关系的分析方法,并将其分为兄弟组件之间的依赖关系和父子组件之间的依赖关系两种类型。针对两种类型分别提出基于设计结构矩阵的兄弟组件之间的指标参数依赖关系分析方法和基于关联矩阵的自顶向下的父子组件之间的指标参数依赖关系分析方法,并建立指标参数依赖关系网络;面向多学科协同设计提出基于数据和消息驱动的研发流程执行机制,以T/R研发流程为例说明了动态响应的研发流程模型。

Abstract: Aiming at the collaborative characteristics such as multi-level,multiple conflicts and multiple iterations of complex products,a development process model of dynamic response was set up based on dependency network between index parameters.The analysis method for dependency relationship between index parameters was put forward,and this relationship was classified into brotherhood relationship and father-son relationship.Oriented to these two relationships,the dependency relationship analysis method between brotherhood based on design structure matrix and the dependency relationship analysis method between top-down father-son based on incident matrix were proposed respectively.A dependency relationship net for index parameters was built.Based on drive of data and information,the execution mechanism of development process for multi-disciplinary was proposed.An instance of T/R module was illustrated to verify the dynamic response development process.
